InfraGard is an information sharing and analysis effort serving the interests and combining the knowledge base of a wide range of members. At its most basic level, InfraGard is a cooperative undertaking between the U.S. Government (led by the FBI) and an association of businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to increasing the security of United States critical infrastructures.
Richmond InfraGard members working in Information Technology are encouraged to learn more about the Cyber Security Partnership (CSP). Established in Fall 2012 in Richmond, Virginia, CSP, is quickly becoming a trusted community of public and private sector cyber professionals, both within, as well as outside of InfraGard-Richmond. The Partnership leverages the collective experience and knowledge of cyber professionals working in the public and private sectors by promoting mutually beneficial information sharing and fostering professional development. The CSP Mission Statement can be viewed here. If you are interested in learning more about CSP or in becoming a member, please contact FBI Special Agent David Crisafi at 804-627-4441 or via e-mail at email@example.com.
