Change Your Password: Log in, click Enter, click My Account, click Edit, enter new password, confirm password, scroll down and click the Save button. While you’re here, please set up your Security Questions to use the Forgot Password feature on the login page to receive a temporary password whether you have forgotten it or your password has expired (every 90 days).

Update Your Profile and Contact Information: Log in, click Enter, click My Profile, click Edit, click appropriate categories, update information click the Save button. If you change your email address, please send me an email with the new address so I can update my chapter distribution list.

Advanced Member Search - The IG Network offers an opportunity for members to search for other members by chapter, name and/or company name. Here are the instructions:

1. Login to the InfraGard system at
2. Click on Advanced Search at the top right of the page.
3. To search for members, select the Members radio button.
4. Click on the "Member Criteria" link which will permit the user to search on the following optional fields:
      a. First Name
      b. Last Name
      c. Chapter
      d. Employer Name
5. Select the criteria and click on the Search button at the bottom of the page.
6. This will return a list of members.
7. Click on the member’s name to view their profile page. Only certain information is viewable by other members, based on their privacy settings.
8. If you are interested in contacting a particular member from the search results, you can click on “message me” and create an email in the secure system.
